Add Value - Don't argue or debate the point

How to create added value for your customer

1.  Ask your customer what they need

2.  When they tell you, don't argue or debate,  but repeat the answer back to them and ask for confirmation.

3.  Then,tell them what you are going to do for them.

4.  Then do it, again and again.

5.  Start over at line #1
